Acrylic Mirror

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Acrylic mirror is a continuously processed acrylic sheet. It is a rigid, impact-resistant, weatherable, lightweight thermoplastic offering excellent optical quality. Mirrorizing is done by the process of vacuum metallizing, with aluminum being the primary metal evaporated. It is half the weight of glass with many times the impact resistance. Acrylic mirror sheet offers the high optical clarity of glass mirror with the ease of handling and fabricating expected of extruded sheet. The durability of this sheet makes it virtually scratch-resistant during fabrication. Acrylic mirrored products can be easily cut, routed, drilled, and cemented.
